I just snorkeled mine, but I wasn't about to run a pipe right out by the gas tank.. I wanted all my pipe hidden until it comes out of the front fender. So I went and bought some 1.25 inch flex pvc, 1.5 inch flex pvc, 2 inch pipe and fittings to run mine. What I did was remove the stock snorkel and came out of the airbox with the 1.5 inch PVC and immediately put a 1.5 inch Y adapter. I put bushings on it at the Y tip to reduce to 1.25 inch tubing and then ran one piece on the left side (cut the plastic guard between the motor and the gas tank a little to run the pipe down thru, then followed the frame bar up going under the fuel petcock until I got to the fan and went between the fan and the frame to come up thru the front. I had to use a 45 degree elbow to connect at the fan/frame area to make the angle back up and over to exit thru the front corner of the right fender area. this is the area where the gas tank slides up.) Then I ran the second line around the right edge of the gas tank sliding thru the rubber strap holding the tank down. kept following the tank curve around and to the upper corner meeting the first pipe. so now I have one pipe heading straight out to the front of the fourwheeler, the second coming in from the side like teeing in. So I found a PVC adapter that was a T, but one straight out was a 2 inch and the other two outs, the middle and other end were 1.5 inch. So I used bushings to connect the 1.25 inch tubing into this adapter in the middle and in the end. That left me with the 2 inch exit facing straight out towards the front. So all I had to do then was add a piece of 2 inch pipe and put a 90 degree elbow on it and then it was aimed straight up thru the front rack. So I drilled my 2.25 inch hole straight down thru the fender and slid my 2 inch pipe down thru the hole and into the elbow. It looks dam good to. You don't see any pipe except where it comes out at the front corner and I did not have to modify any external plastic other than drilling the one hole in the fender. I have the jet kit and K&N filter installed and it seem to have the same throttle response etc.. so it did not change the airflow enough to alter the performance. I was skeptical that running two small lines and bringing them back together may change the airflow so that is why I chose the 1.25 inch flex instead of the 1 inch. It seems to have worked out good and I am loving it. So then all I had to do was T in the 2 carbeurator lines into one 7/32 vacuum tube and run it out to the front, I ran one single to the gas lid, and T'd all the others together (front diff, rear diff, rear brake, fan) and ran them out as the third line. It took a long time, but its worth it to me... others may not care as much, but I wanted mine to look good...

I took some pictures today, but apparently this forum only allows 150KB per picture and mine are way too big.. I will work on getting some that will fit. Will let you know as soon as I get there.

I added a couple of pictures to my Gallery. It's not the best in the world for showing you complete details, but it shows how I split the line out of the air intake, and it shows where the 2 lines meet back under the front fender. Like I said, I run 1.5 inch from the air box into the 1.5 inch Y adapter. Put the bushing in to reduce to 1.25 inch and ran one line to the left and put the 45 on it to go down under the gas tank. I strapped the tubing to the frame to keep it from getting close to the motor. I also had to place a 45 between the fan and the frame to angle back up to the corner where they meet. The second line I put the 45 on it and ran it around the gas tank tucked down behind the rubber strap holding it down. Get a T that has 2 inch on one end, 1.5 inch on the other end and the middle. Install a bushing on each 1.5 inch to attach the 1.25 inch lines. Then come right out of the 2 inch and elbow up thru the front fender. I would tear it back down to give better photos, but work is crazy right now and we have a big ride this weekend so time is very limited.. but I might can pull the plastics back off next week or something to get some better pictures.

So what I bought for the Pipe portion of the job
1 foot 1.5 inch flex PVC tubing
6 foot 1.25 inch flex PVC tubing
1 1.5 inch Y adapter
4 1.5 inch to 1.25 bushings
3 45 degree 1.25 inch pvc connectors
1 T adapter with 2 inch on one end and 1.5 inch for the middle and other end.
2 foot of 2 inch PVC pipe
2 90 degree 2 inch PVC Elbows
Used PVC Primer and PVC Glue for all joints.

So what I bought for the breather line portion of the job
11-12 Feet of 7/32 vacuum hose from Advance.
1 F style 1/4" connector > to connect 2 carbuerator lines and run it out
1 5-way T 3/16 or 1/4"> will cover the Fan line, rear diff, rear brake, front diff and run it out
1 1/4" to 1/4" connector to hook directly to gas cap line and run it out.

Black tie straps really help things to.. along with some flexible black spray paint like bumper paint..

I recently purchased a snorkel kit for my 06 foreman from a small company called TopchoiceATV. These guys make a truly quality product. You see very little of the PVC until it comes out of the front fender. Were most snorkel kits use 1 inch or 1.5 inch pipe these guys use full 2 inch from front to back so that I did not have any power loss. They are still getting a website set up but when I bought my snorkel they said that they would have one up by the end of this month and it would be TopChoiceATV.com. Like I said I met these guys personally and they know what they are talking about.
