I own a CR125 and numbers dont mean squat. The 125 has way more torque and over all power and can run circle's around the EX.

Actually a modern 125 develops about the same peak HP numbers a 400EX does.... In any case, the drag race result will be the same....

well i have actually seen a cr125 (at least i think it was it mighta been a 250 but i'm pretty sure it was 125 by the way it sounded) and a 2000 400EX race. the cr won everytime. he would get off the line in front and would stay there. the guy one the 400EX even admited the cr was faster when we asked em to race. thats not to say the 400EX isn't as good as a cr. i'd rather have the quad in fact.

I am just curious but why do you have an FMF pipe and Pro Circuit silencer. Shouldn't you have one or the other.

The 125 would probably win in a straight line race, and probably quite a few other situations, but the EX would definitely win on a windy dirt, muddy or gravel road, or pretty much anywhere where high-speed flat cornering was involved. That's one of the things I love about quads, powersliding.
