Its for the throttle control lower part ,,its not really a recall its a product inprovement ,dealers that have record of the atv 450r they sold are getting the limited parts shipped to them right away for those atvs only ,,so if you purchased your atv close to were you live go back to your dealer they should have the kit for you allready , if you purchased your bike out of town like me i have to go out of town to my original dealer to do the improvement right away or i can waite another week or two and any dealer should have enough kits avalible so they say ..you no dealers treat buyers that go else were to buy the bikes instead of local are not to help full at least in my area ...
