Default what do i need for axle

so im replacing an axle i bent on my 04 honda recon and i was wondering what else i need besides the axle in order to replace it, bearings, o-rings etc and wether or not they are mandatory to replace, the bend is toward the hub and its straight when you get closer to the rear end. i already have the axle which i bought for 105$ not expensive at all i thought, and im just wondering what else i need or is recomended, thanks a bunch, -tyler

i think it would be a good thing to go ahead and replace the seals. Just replaced my axle and seals in mine. Spent about $250 but i had to replace the swingarm bearing on the left side($39). An oil seal has to wear into the shaft for it to be affective. If you have no leaks you may be able to get away with no seals. Just rember that the ring gear is $250+ and a $7 part may cost big bucks down the road.

just get new bearings seals and make sure the carrier isn't bent it looks like a sleave and check to make sure there isn't too much damage to the rim and hubs
