No compression engin blown, NEED HELP Possible big bore kit, witch is the best? going to do it myself any suggestions.

I have a 95 Foreman to. I was wondering if I should replace my head gasket? What should I listen, look or feel for to know forsure if it is my head gasket?? Yes I think you should get a big bore if you have the coin!
