throttle stop?

I ahve a 250x. In my manual it show something on the carb called a throttle stop? any ideas what this is? Would it be a governor? Thanks

Usually...when a throttle stop is mentioned. It is an adjustable screw (like idle kind of) that stops the slide from hitting bottom or the carb from closing all the way.
I know the nitro rc cars I run..have a throttle stop screw instead of calling it the idle.

thanks but there is also and idling adjument other than this. ?
