Tubes: Reliable or not.

my Atc got a small rot in the tire and it leaks pretty quickly, and i picked up a tube at princess auto for just 5$. I was wondering if tubes are very reliable and if they will puncture very easily. My atc tire was a tubeless tire but got a leak, so i was wondering if anyone knew if tire tubes could hold up against trail riding. Also keep in mind the tube is not top quality. Thanks.

Yea I agree, they are expensive(tireballs) and would be good if you are racing, my neighbors tube popped all the time when he had a dirtbike and it stinks when you need to push it so you don't mess up the rim...I would go with tire slime or just get yourself some new tires.
