Which foam air filter does everyone consider to be the best for a Rancher. Got some cash for Christmas and figure it's a good investment.

K&N is always the best, but a good foam that's been trusted by us is a UNI.

Just a question. With the stock filter, the filter covers the crankcase vent. I think this is a really good system-dirt doesn't get in the crankcase, and crud from the crankcase doesn't get in your carb (Recon has same system). Does the K&N cover this?? I don't see how it could. What do you do, install an inline filter or what?? There is a piece of foam in the opening, but I don't think I would trust it. Thanks.
