I've ran a Big Gun Evo and an HMF utility and the HMF was the hands down best performing. I'm not sure if I'm gonna go with another HMF or try the Supertrapp. I've heard it makes comparable power but its all stainless. Just not sure which one yet. As far as a CDI? They don't make one for the EFI Rincon's yet. They do make one for the 03-05s and they make a huge difference. Maybe your meaning one of the HMF, Dobeck, or Dynatek fuel controllers? If so then just adding one of them without at least a K/N air cleaner or other intake mods, you won't see a difference. But you will need one if you add a pipe. I rode this past weekend with a guy who had an HMF on his 06 Rincon without the controller and he was backfiring everytime he let off the gas. Which means he was way lean. Another tip for adding throttle response on the EFI Rincon's is porting the throttle body. All you have to do is smooth out the intake and exit of the throttle body. I'm told this makes a big difference. I will be starting this mod myself this weekend.

The pipe on my 2000 Foreman 450s has started to rust-out I guess , because something inside gets loose and starts to rattle and has become louder & louder. What is the quietest after market utility pipe? I've looked at the HMF Ecosystem Series . It claims to have the lowest dB rating. But I don't think it has a spark arrestor. A new stock pipe for this bike is about the same price as an after market pipe. Does anybody know the dB level of a stock pipe? I hate to spend $260 on a stock pipe when the HMF is about $300. I hate loud pipes , I'd like the power gain from an after market pipe as long as it is not louder then stock. ???????
