Default Need New 420 Info

Buying a new 420es in the next 3 weeks. Not alot of Info out yet, but what I read looks positive. Have 2001 350es with over 12,000km ( 7,500miles). Is there any bumpers on market yet? Like to see pictures. Any problems known yet? Top Speed? Whats the best known price in Canada for 420es? Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.

I had a problem with my ES shifter on my 420 but hopefully it will be ok. Top speed for me so far is 56 mph.
More than that you will like the acceration. Its got some get up and go. The front end is kind of light. You ride 2 persons and it will pop up very easy. Very easy to ride a wheely. It does ride just a little stiffer but its still ok.
I also like the 4 wheel disk breaks and the very responsive fuel injection. So other than the problems with the ES
shifter I love it. I like my 2005 but I love my 2007 420.

PS My price in the US was 4588 out the door.

Thanks Spinal Tap , I never had a problem with my electic shift with over 12,000 Km. Only do alittle muddin or water crossing when on trails. Up to racks or seat once & a while. One tuff machine my rancher, drive it like a rally car to the bar alot. The rev. limiter kicks in at 83Km ( 52 miles an hour). Looking forward to my new 420 Rancher just like to see one with bumpers , don't really like the look of the new front end. I got a quote of $8,600 OTD Canadian. Doesn't make sense why there price so high here in Canada with our dollar being about 85 cents U.S. it should only be around extra $1000.

Some people have a different definition of "out the door" price. I'm very confident that spinal taps OTD was not $4588, even if it's a 2wd. I paid $5616 out the door (including taxes, title, and destination) for my 420 ES 4x4. I also paid $400 to get an extra 30 months of warranty. This is a good deal for around Michigan. I checked all over. Also, the 420 only has disc brakes on the front and a single sealed drum on the back. I love my 420. It's a great sporty utility quad. All kinds of power. I put a winch on which gives some good extra weight on the front. Even with 4wd, the front is pretty light. You won't be dissapointed in the purchase.

My 2007 420 was a 2wd and it was 4588 out the door. Tax and everything. Did not get an extended warranty or anything. Never really needed one with Honda so I always take that chance. 2006 Rancher ES were 3850 out the door but I couldnt resist the extra power of the 2007. These Out The Door prices are correct. Bought in Rockingham, NC. Sport Cycles is the dealer name. You can actually get them cheaper in Tennessee because of the no tax being added but to far for me to drive.

I didnt notice 2wd... Just about everyone I ride with has 4wd and I dont even think the dealership had a 2wd on the floor. I am sure that makes a big difference.

As per the price discussion, the dealer in Medford, Oregon is selling all 2007 Rancher 420 models at a slight discount of $150 below MSRP. I'm picking up a new yellow 420 FM 4wd due to arrive at the dealership next week. MSRP is $5,299 , sale price $5,149 , plus License, title and DMV processing fees amounting to $115.50, for a total out the door price of $5,264.50, This includes a $10 ATV sticker issued by the state which is needed to use it in public OHV areas in Oregon. No sales tax here, they take it out of our hide instead by means of income and property taxes.

Ontario price on new trx420fmc7 (camo option) for $8000 CAD, with winch for ~$700 CAD, plow with mount $500 CAD, total taxes in roughly $10480 CAD. By the way, no freight or pdi on this deal. Dealer in Northern Ontario. I've been wondering if this is a good price myself. Let me know if you can find something better in Canada.
