my 450 has idled super high ever since we got it, i have searched for the idle adjustment scew for a long time. could someone please help me find it.

 

It should be on the right side under the gas tank sticking out of the heat shield. its a black kinda star shaped ****.

 

do i have to remove the gas tank or should i just be able to see it.

 

you shouldnt have to remove the tank unless someone had it apart and didnt put it back thru the hole where it goes. if you look up under there you should see it. the only part that sticks out is the **** itself though.
