Any Idea how much trade in I could get for a mint 99 Recon??? I absolutly hate mine. No Power, sorry suspension, and all that stuff.

Go to the Kelly Blue Book Web site. www.kbb.com They have trade in and retail values for used ATV's.

I wouldn't go to Kelly Blue book. They said my Polaris was worth $1300 and i got $2000 for it easy

I just went there . its bs . I only have 4 tanks o gas ran through it and it says 2200.

That $2295 was trade in. Which is an approximate figure that you could expect to get from a dealer. Trade in is always lower than the actual value of the ATV because the dealer isn't going to offer you what it's actually worth because they have to turn around and sell it to someone else while still making a profit. Now if you looked at Retail value you would have seen that the (USED) 99 Recon's Retail value is listed much higher at $3430. By selling the ATV yourself you will be more likely to get an amount closer to that figure. Keep in mind all these prices are approximate. If your quad is in excellent shape you might be able to get a little more for it, if not you could expect to get less. But in the end it always amounts to what someone else is willing to pay.
