i have a 99 honda 300 fourtrax all time four wheel drive. I rode it for about 10 minutes the other day and it was fine.. i started to ride it again and when i shifted into second it kinda studders and shakes then goin into third it jerks. Then when you left off the gas to stop the front end pops and pops up a bit..does anyone know what this might be... i have been told it could be the front drive shaft. Anyones help would be greatly appreciated thank!!

 

ya I would take out the front prop shaft may just have a bad spring or stripped splines

you are using the correct gear lub,if so you might do front prop and sprind,if thats not the problem i fell really bad for you,take to dealer or buy a manual,you will have to break down to identify problem/problems
