Cutting plastic
#4
Buy some 1/4 in black wide pinstriping and lay out diffrent patterns untill you get somthing you like. I used a jigsaw to cut the main cut on the outside of the striping the took a Dremel with a rotory sander untill i got the roughness out. then sanded with 220 then 400 then 600. To finish it all off I took a heat gun to the edge just untill the whiteness of the sanding went away.(practice on the removed plastic first!!!!!!)

A friend and I cut mine today. We used a sharpie marker and drew the design. Then, used a hacksaw to cut the plastic. Then, used a dremel tool to round and smooth the edges. I'd make sure to cut a good bit of extra plastic, so if you mess up, you'll have plenty left over. Then, after you're done, you can trim the leftover plastic you don't want off. It's not as hard as it looks. Good luck!
