Default Frustration at its finest!!!!!

Remember if you are going to seek out getting a replacement Quad - don't take no from someone who can't tell you yes. Continue going up the chain of command until you get the answer that is appropriate.

I had to do this on a Dell Computer. Of course that wasn't a quad, but the principle is the same. If the first person you talk to doesn't give you the answer that is appropriate ask for their supervisor, and if they don't either ask for theirs. Eventually you will get someone that can and will say yes. I had to go to the 4th tier with Dell before I got the answer I needed.

There is nothing "simple" about the EFI system on your Rancher 420...

just got off the phone with my Honda Corporate Special Case worker (what ever the hell that is) and he is getting with the District Service Manager who is the authority to replace my quad. I should hear back from them today or tomorrow...

As far as TN Lemon Law... after a little research I thought the Law said that it doesn't apply to Motorcycles... aka ATV's...

Seems kinda odd, all those parts that they keep replacing. Cann't say that I have ever hade a ruby that gave me that much problems. They all have self diagonistics anyways so hard not to get the problem fixed even after the 2nd time in to the shop.

I know that it would be a first for Honda to give you a new fourwheeler. I think that the Honda's distric service manager should go to that shop and fix it himself.

Keep calling Honda your doing the right thing there.

Good luck I hope that they figure it out
