my boy's pressure washed all of the recons we have and today we went to ride and the 2004 recon would not shift and is blinking 3 time . I was going to clean all the connector to start. just was looking for some guideness thanks for the info.

3 flashes... sounds like a shift angle sensor code to me
try cleaning and drying the connection

definetly a angle sensor, I've seen about 10 of them go bad and thats usually what it does

Not exactly sure on that , but I think less than 75 bucks
