How much toe out should my 2007 Rubicon have??? It looks like there is a little too much and I was wondering just how much it should be.

The 2007 Rubicon toe out is:

Toe-out: 30 mm plus/minus 15 mm (1 - 3/16 in plus/minus 9/16 in)

I went through the toe-out thing for a long time. I was having problems with hard steering, pulling to one side, poor handling. I finally got sick of it and set my wheels all in line. It now steers 100% better, rolls easier and wears the tires less. I can let go of the handlebars on asphalt and it doesn't drift one way or the other. Setting the wheels with toe out creates friction and drag, and makes the steering harder. Save yourself the head ache and just set them straight.

Can see how toe in or toe out can beat parallel with the back wheels.

hmmm I may just set them straight with the back wheel then... see how it turns... i know form experience with car, trucks, and even RC vehicles, a little tow out always inproved over steer and stabiltiy but at the cost of increased tire wear and scrubbed speed.

I guess I will set mine straight and adjust from there...
