It not what it had has,it is how it drives now and 8 years from now.Why would you know what you are talking about ,you have not even riden any of them so I would be waisting my time with you.I suppose you would think i am crazy for trading my 1995 pontiac sunfire for a 1993 honda civic with out the power ****,and it cost me 1500$ to do that trade 4 years ago.If say yes you have answered all my ? about you,I no you would never understand the difference between quality and the normal, have it your way.Oh by the way I paid 2300$ for my honda snowblower "9 hp" four years ago. What do you think about that?Have a good night.

Well you can have the "Give me the Honda at any cost"attitude. Me for the same money It's "Give me any other large 4x4 no matter who makes it and I will take a Caribbean cruise with the change left over." I,m sick of all this snow.

If anyone will pay 10,500 canadian for a ruby is stupid. Not trying to side with anyone, but thats ridiculous. It may be a great bike, but its not that great.

I thought you said you paid $9500+15%sales tax=$10925. Are you saying your nuts?Keep in mind a SP H.O is $9660 and a Artic Cat 500 is $9200 out the door. This is not a Honda machine bashing conversation but a Canadian Honda dealer rip off bashing statement. It is not just happening here but have you noticed from every part of the country people post the same rip off price gouging tatics from all the dealers. The lowest price reported was $9500+ and the highest was $10500+ there should be a law against this.

The Artic Cat is $1000 less over there plus the 15% tax on that differance makes the Cat $1150 less. These is no $1500 differance between the Cat and Rubicon. The Rubicon has a fancy tranny but the AC has switchable 4wd and disk brakes going to it for value wise.A Artic Cat or Sportsman could add 4 26 inch top notch tires and a winch and still cost less than the Rubicon. There is something very wrong there.Remember I,m talking about your $9500 Ruby deal you have, over here they want $500 more for the Rubicon and $500 less for the Artic Cat thats alot of coin.

Tim, are you the one buying a Rubicon? Why don't you let others share their thoughts, concerns, etc. Everyone knows how you feel about the cost of a Ruby in Canada, why can't we leave it at that! Go back to the Polaris forum and talk about your 97 sp.

Tim1: That is your opinion and that's fine if you feel this way but here are mine,Driven a cat,it's not for me,will never purchase another polaris, the benefits it offers does not benefit me.The cat has a cheesy 2 & 4wd option that does not interest me.I will never run 26" tires for the of riding i do.The fancy tranny to me alone is easly worth a extra 500 dollars worth to pay,the rims alone are worth the extra 500$ worth and I know you do not think the honda is built any better but I have had all brands and for my riding i have put 60 000km's + on my honda's and maybe changed a few rear bearings and never a set of brake pads witch alone for me worth a few extra dollars also,I know how to properly maintain my bike and drive alot.So it's worth the extra money for me.I already have over 600 kms in the 3 weeks i have been able to ride, and it is winter.Oh by the way I do not use winches either they just weight the front down and even the ruby is very light compared to most 600 lbs , it is still alot of weight that don't want to add any extra. so with a winch ,steel wheels and 26"tires and all the other weight you can put on from saving 1150$ and come over for a ride with that 900 + lbs bike. This is what suits me best so give it up and come for a ride!
