I am not even gonna try to answer the " cheapest" part of this question. I know TC, Curtis Sparks, FST (Mickey Dunlap), and Powroll ( probably others out there also) all sell a 80mm big bore sleeve and piston kit (329cc's on a 300ex bottom end). The TC kit was $500 for the cam, piston and sleeve ( I believe, it's been awhile). Have to figure in some labor for pressing the old sleeve out, boring the cyl. to size and sliding in the new sleeve, maybe $100? Also just to bring it up make sure your bottom end is VERY GOOD to handle the extra weight of the bigger piston. Might want to think about a heavy duty rod and a crank rebuild if your ex is a few years old.

TC Racing (814)723-3514

Your machine is new and the crank and clutch "should" be able too take it. I race my machine and am still on the original clutch, crank and I do not use an oil cooler(use 20-50w synthetic oil). Beefing up the clutch, crank and adding an oil cooler are great ideas if you have the extra money too spend.(that's your call)

Call Tom and explain your situation too him. He will give you some ideas.(He doesn't try too sell you things that you don't need)
