OK HERES MY STORY...I WAS JUMPIN ON MY 300EX TODAY AND EVERY TIME I GOT IN THE AIR MY BACK END WOULD START WIGGLING REAL BAD. THEN I HEARED A PING NOISE. I GOT OFF AND SAW THAT SOME CLAMP WAS JUST HANGIN THERE IN BETWEEN THE SWING ARM AND THE BRAKES SO I DECIDED TO TAKE IT HOME. I GOT IN THE ROAD AND FIRED IT UP AND WHEN I HIT 5TH THE BACK END STARTED WOBBLING REAL BAD. SO WHEN I GOT HOME I PUT IT UP ON BLOCKS AND WENT THROUGH 1ST 2ND AND 3RD GEAR. IT DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE AXLE WAS BENT SO I TURNED IT OFF. FINALLY I GRABBED MY TIRE AND STARTED WIGGLING IT. EVERYTHING (EXEPT THE SWING ARM) STARTED MOVING REALLY REALLY BAD.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHAT CAN I DO WITHOUT TAKING IT TO SOME HONDA SHOP?

You did not state the age/condition of your quad, but it sounds to me like you have a worn out carrier housing or bearings. You can purchase a kit to rebuild it or tear it down and buy the needed parts from your local dealer. DO NOT RIDE THE BIKE UNTIL YOU HAVE THIS FIXED. I know I am stating the obvious, but you would be surprised at the things some people will do without regard to safety or the damage to the quad they are risking.

I too agree,I think you need new bearings for the tires.I also agree,DONT RIDE IT.Im sorry but unless you are a mechanic you will need to get it to a shop. Here's a tip, dont take it to a big Honda shop,Take it to a smaller one and it will be quiker and less expensive.Good luck!
