Can anyone tell me why my battery wont charge on my 2000 honda foreman, thanks.

 

Is it an old battery ? Could it be bad/dead ?

 

Bad battery, or a good battery and a bad charging system.

 

on a car you can start it an disconnect the + off the battery and if it stays running its the battery but dies you know its the charging system. i have done this several times to my old harley davidson and it works great. usually its just an old dead battery.
if not sure if this will work for our atvs but it should be the same iv not had to try it on mine. also if you check the fluid in it and its low you can put 1 asperin in it and DISTILLED water to fill it back to level. NOT tap water!!!
