I have no idea why it wont start. It turns over, has compresson, spark, the fuel pump works. It just wont run. Any ideas would be very helpfull. it ran good one day and it quite and it wont start since. ive cleaned the carb, and checked the values. no idea. any help would be great. thanks.

 

I have put a little gas in the air cleaner to the carb to see what happened. If it fires that rules out timing, compression, spark. good luck.

 

tried that. nothing now the motor clunks when u try to start it. i know that cant be good.

 

I have two 350 TRX and bought them not running- got lucky both run great now. If you have compression; spark; fuel, one would think that it should fire, not long, but something should happen. How did you check your compression? Could this be a timing problem? (valves?) What is your definition of "the motor clunks"? It can and usually is frustrating; at times for me it was that at the least.
