Default Has anyone put Elka or other aftermarket shocks on their 450R?

I just purchased a new Honda 450R. I really like it but the ride in the dunes is a little harsh. I am wanting to know how the Elka (or other brand) shocks improve the ride. The cost is high and I would like to know how you like them before I invest.
Thanks

You can save money by re-valving your shocks instead. My buddy re-valved all 3 on his 450r to dual-rates with a new rear link for around 700 bucks. He loves them. GThunder did all the work. Just an idea.

I really appreciate your response. I am taken back by the price of Elka shocks. They must really be great for the price they ask.
