Really need to know the front track on the rubicon?The article in 4 wheel magazine that texmudder scanned has the numbers but I can not read it and i am going to pick it up soon and i would like to know if it will fit between my fender wells like my 450es did?I drive a 1991 nissan pck up.Thanks your help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Overall width is listed by honda at 46.6 inches-I would go measure mine but i'm too lazy! It should fit since most truck beds have enough room for a 48 inch wide sheet of plywood to lay on the floor, but i'm not sure about the compact trucks.

Maybe this will help. My front track appears to be about 1/2 inch wider than a friend's 1998 450s

 

My green Ruby fits in the bed of my Ford Ranger short bed. I load it backwards and drive it up over the tire wells, the tailgate lacks about 5" of being able to shut.

 

That would help because if it only a 1/2 inch wider then the 450 then front wheels will fit between the fender wells.

 

Sorry that part of the article did not come out well. According to that page the "front track" is 33.9". Just as an FYI, the Rubicon will fit between my wheels on a 2000 Ford F150, but I can not shut the gate do to the front bumper hitting my window.
