Not hard at all. You have to turn the gas off and remove the plastics and gas tank. Just loosen everything and turn carb so you can get to the bottom or remove it completely. You just want to remove the bottom of the carb and you'll see the jet. The main is the one in the center.

 

or you can just pull the big plug at the bottom of the carb with a 17mm wrench and use a 1/4" socket to remove your jet
