USE THE EDGE OF A HAND GRINDER. MAKE SURE YOU TRACE YOUR LINE FIRST, AND BE CAREFUL

You can use a dye grinder to cut the plastic. Use tape to mark where to cut and go slowly. Aferwards use a sharpe razor blade to smooth out the edges the dye grinder left behind. I did this on my 300ex to make race fenders. It really does a good job.

i used tin snips and then a DA sander w/ a 450 grit pad and it worked good but when we cut my friends we used a dovetail saw it was sooo much easier! then ofcourse the DA!

thanks for all the replies ! last night I tried to cut my fenders witha hack saw , it didnt work . then I tried a wizard( same thing as dremel tool) didnt work then I tried a jig saw witha course blade , didnt work . so iwent to bed pist . then I went down this morning and got out a rowder , that really was a bad idea . and last I got out the jig saw again and put on a fine tooth wobbly blade and it cut threw the thick recon plastic like nothing there was almost no sanding needed thanks again everyone!
