will not start

I have a honda Recon that will not start when then the fuel tank is set on primary. If i set the tank to run on reserve it will start just fine. Whatdo you think???

Pull the tank off and then pull the stopcock off, and blow high pressure air through it.

may need a new pet **** if the air preasure doesnt work.

It will drive just fine on the primary side it just will not start. Dose that still sound klogged
