Do you get a firm feel from the brake lever...or will it go to the handgrip?
Youve probably got a froze caliper pin. Even with stock pads, with good traction and tires, you should be able to just about do a stoppie.
Pads wearing even ....Inside and outside? They should wear very close to evenly.
Remove both calipers, and make sure the caliper can slide on the 2 pins, which hold it to the mounting bracket. It should be very easy to do by hand, and if not, youll need to disassemble and relube those two pins.
You could also have a low master cylinder, or air in the system. If you havent done it yet..now is the time to flush, fill, and bleed the brake system.
