ok, i've been all over every message board i can think of and some i found by accident trying to get some answers to this doozie. i have an '86 honda 200s. i can start it and it'll idle no problem. while im riding it though, i'll let off the throttle and it'll go to idle, but it'll slowly return to top end on its own, sucks with no brakes. also, it smokes so i got a price quote for a set of rings and gaskets for 190.00! yea, everyone on here says like 50.00, and the 190.00 is if i do it myself, which i will be anyways. my main problem right now is the throttle sticking or doin whatever its doin. thanks for any and all info

 

They will idle funny if the needlejet/jet needle is worn..But it won't race wide open ..
