adjusting 450 shocks

Default adjusting 450 shocks

hey I was wondering which adjuster is which on stock honda 450 shocks? I know they have preload, compression, and rebound, I just don't know howw to adjust them. Thanks

What year??? Don't have an owner's manual??? It will tell you where the adjusters are. Preload is the collar on top of the shock, rebound will be at the bottom of the shock, and compression at the top (on the can). The stock shocks are actually very good. If you don't like them, there is no need to get aftermarket. Send the stockers to Works Performance, and they will respring and revalve them to your personal taste.
