atcs are fun but alot of people have been injured or killed riding them the same as beginners buying a big ute and trying to ride up a steep muddy hill wo having the knowledge to do it safely or the common sense not to. i wish they still made them, but wider and longer and a lower c.o.g. i mean sport and race atcs not ute atcs. 7 yrs ago i was crossing a hill on my 200x and hit a rock w my lr tire and the trail went down a cliff on the rt side. i stuck my rt foot down but it was too late the tire ran over my heal broke it and rolled over me and down the hill bent a fork and rt rr rim. so they more dangerous but i dont think enough stop production, but then again i am not an insurance person or honda bean counter.

 

Because a majority of people are stupid and there is a lawyer to support their stupidity.
