I've got a 400ex and im looking for new tires, I ride mostly dirt roads and trails just looking for the pros and cons of the ITP GNCC and the razr2 tires. Whats your guys opinion on them.

 

i would get the gncc they hook up very well a friend of myne has both and he likes the gncc better. only thing is that gncc might wear out faster. the razer 2 are also a good tire hook up good to last along time. another good tire is the holeshot hd very agressive tire. good luck with your choice

 

One of my buddies runs Razr II's, and they seem to be a good all-around tire.

The ITP Holeshot GNCC is a "low profile" tire, which to me suggests that you might be giving up some ground clearance (???). You might want to take a look at the ITP Holeshot H-D's as well. I have happily run Holeshot XC's for many years, but I ride desert.

 

Thanks guys I think im going to go with the GNCC 22x7x10 for the front and 21x11x9 for the rear so it will give me a bit more clearance
