i pulled my pull starter i really dident pull it i pulled it enough to get the handle out the way so i can get all the grass and weeds out that got caught and the rope dosent want to roll back up its just hangin out wat should i do to get the rope to roll back up

 

You probably have mud and other gunk inside the recoil so I'd take the cover off and clean it out well. Just a few bolts that hold it on so it's no big deal. If you ride in water and mud a lot you may consider sealing the recoil starter with to keep water and mud out of it.

 

sometimes if you hit the side of the pull start with a hammer lightly and will free up and go back in
