Need Help-250x clutch

ya i will get the springs also. thanks for the help i'll let you know if it fixes the problem.

Default Need Help-250x clutch

Are u shure there is not one too many plates or friction disks? Theres no reason it dont work. Unless u are missing a washer behind the clutch basket, Can u turn the inner hub when the clutches are removed without the outer basket turning.

i'll check that tomarrow. if there is anything missing i still have the old motor to use parts off of that.

new clutch came today. i'll install it and see what happends.

what makes the clutch disengage. does the oil have something to do with that or is it just that clutch lifter on the inside of the case.

Don't know if this helps or not but, if the bike is idling too fast I've noticed that it doesn't like to go into gear and feels stuck/jammed. Maybe tweaking the idle will do the trick. *shrug*

it goes into gear fine it's just when i pull the clutch lever the clutch still grabs.
