my rancher is grindin gears

Default my rancher is grindin gears

ok well my honda rancher is making a grinding noise and it wont move can anyone give me insight to what it is and the cost of getiing it fixed and it is a 2006 model. and it only seem to grind in the front right of the four wheeler

sounds like a cv axle (if it's 4wd). my car did that and would not go as well. but it was on the left side. i'm sure you would have heard it before it just completely blew, though.

Your post is a little confusing. You are hearing grinding in the transmission...you did say "grinding gears"????

If it is the trans, start out by doing a clutch adjustment....it is easy and the instructions are in your owner's manual. If that doesn't help, could be that your clutch is shot....

ES or foot shift???
