420 plastic

I've got a left side panel that won't "lock up" all the way. The tabs won't stay in on two of the holes, the ones right in the middle.
This is the access panel on the left side.
Think this is covered under warranty?

Usually if the bosses will not fit properly in the grommets the panel is out of alignment. Try and ensure that the slit in the bottom of the side panel is going into the corresponding spot on bike. I had the same problem on my 420 before I realized that this was the problem. No problems since I discovered I was not placing the panel on properly.
Let me know how this works.
