Default Timing Chain

Im about to change a timing chain on a honda recon and was wondering if a clutch puller is needed, and if it is where can you get them. Are there any websites that sells them?

Yes the manual & centrifugal clutches must be removed to replace the cam chain .. .Be careful NOT to pull the camshaft out to far while replacing the chain unless you have the head and cylinder removed ..

We use a regular 2 jaw puller ( free "loaner" is available at your local Autozone) to pull the centrifugal clutch (sometimes the puller is not needed as a good "******" takes it right off the shaft - but for the most part, the puller is needed). The manual clutch will slide right off after you remove the nut.
