i have some paddles for sand but where i live it also snows a lot in the winter, and was wondering if they would wear down to much or any other problems?

if its soft i would say no

but ive seen paddle they have riden on pavement.....what a waste

 

Here in Utah we use paddles all the time in the snow... They kick *** and you get lots of traction. I haven't had any issues with my paddles wearing down.
