after months of reading posts about everybody gettin rancher recall notices, I finally got mine today. But it just mentioned the a-arm brackets. Didnt say a word about any shifter plate. What gives?

The A-arm bracket recall is nothing. Owners who ride another brand tried to make a big deal out of it. The bottom line is it took less than 1/2 hour. This is less time than it takes for some guys to grease up there ride.
