86 Honda TRX 350 Timing problem

I have a 86 Honda TRX 350 with timing problem and I don't know how to set the timing. I have been looking for a manual or more information online but can't find anything....Any help would be very much appreciated.

86 Honda TRX 350 Timing problem

The ignition timing is fixed on the TRX350D and is non adjustable.. Why do you think it is out of time..?

86 Honda TRX 350 Timing problem

There is a spark and gas..but it won't start. I checked the compression and it is low. Not sure what else it could be. Desperate for a solution.....
