Default 2006 honda recon 250

well there are two twisty things on the back end by the transmision that adjusts the brakes. but i dont know which one adjusts front and back? and do i twist right to make it better at braking?

your owners manual should tell you. isnt your front brake discs?

Default 2006 honda recon 250

Not sure how similar yours is compared to mine (2000) but the wingnuts on the back are used to adjust the left hand brake and the right foot brake. Follow the cables to see what goes where but I think the top is for the hand brake and bottom is for the foot. For mine, I just slide back the spring so I can grab the bar with a pair of pliers, then tighten the wingnuts with your hand until you have them adjusted where you want them.
