I have bought a old broken down atv from someone on craigslist and wanted to know the atv chain size. Since I am new to the chain sizes, I am not sure what size dose a 1984 Honda big red 200 would have. Any information would be great!

I am building a chopper out of the honda 200cc motor so all I really just need to know the chain size so I can complete my chopper with the right chain size, and for the sprockets too.

 

The 1984 ATC200ES BigRed was shaft drive .. The 1983 ATC200E BigRed was chain drive , chain is 520 x 90 Links ..

I probably have been mistaken by the year of the atv, but the guy from craigslist tole me that its a 1984. Maybe a picture of the atv could help to figure the year?

I got a little confused right now, my atc is a Honda 1983 185s? I am also looking for a pull start for this motor, so I don't want to end up getting a wrong one if it for a 1984 200e or 1983 atc. I am just not sure, I think their pull start are different from those years.

 

1982-83 ATC185S & 200 use the same recoil ... 1984 ATC200ES uses a different recoil ..
