foreman 500 losing 1st gear

hey guys i have a buddy with a 500 foreman that keeps losing first gear(3times).
one of the teeth keeps popping off. has anyone had this problem?

There was some discussion of that problem over at High Lifter.

Does your buddy run big tires and a clutch kit?

29.5 outlaws but we have two other riders that have the same setup with no problems and this boy is real skinny
