I recently got a 1986 trx 200sx. great deal !! just dont have any plastic or seat.. are there any othere models or years that would fit with out really hacking up plastic too much. as i dont want to buy new and hard to find a good used set.

 

Good day, I too have a Honda trx 200 and while not the fastest, or flashyist bike it is ultra dependable, I belive you can do well on e-bay I have had very good luck on there myself also I belive that if it is a Honda trx 200 any year will fit. In fact I just looked on e-bay and there just happens to be front,& rear plastic and a seat even now as we speak for around 150-200 dollars for all Peace.

 

Only 1986-1988 200SX plastics will fit your model.
The 1984 200 and 1990-1997 200 and 200D will NOT fit. Frame differences will not allow for the seat to attach in the proper place nor the fuel tank is shaped to accomodate them.

Google atv salvage for a junkyard to search for plastics or check around on Ebay.

I know you mentioned that you would rather not buy new, but the company Maier were still making plastics for that model last time I checked.
