Default 420 Seat

Anybody tryed to re-foam the seat on the Rancher 420. If so what type of foam did you use. Rode over 102 miles the other day (still had almost a gallon left in fuel tank) and my butt was had. Any ideas to make the seat a little softer. Sure I am not the only one complain of a sore a#$ from the Honda seats.

The seat foam is dual stage. Softer up top and harder towward the bottom. It shouldnt be too hard to find a local upholstery shop who can modify the seat to your liking. Just be sure you find one that makes the best impression for quality work however as I have seen seats out there that look so rectangular they could be used as sofa cushions.

I dont know of any pre-formed seat foam kit for that model available anywhere on the market.

Like ^^^ Said a good upholstry shop should be able to refoam it for you. Check the yellow pages then visit the shop to see some samples of their work.
