i need a helmate before i get my new quad , i am looking at shoeis and the cheapest one ive seen is $350 . I dont want to spend that much . anyone see any for cheaper?

You can get Shoei's for less, but it's your head.
Call Chaparral and get a catolog or try their web-site (don't know it off top of my head).
I wear a Bieffe and paid less than $150 for it.
