Not much of a Honda guy but I would never buy any 350 at that price!

If it looks like it has been taken care of, then 1900 miles is no problem. As far as value, I have not been in the market recently to give an opinion on price.

That's high for that year and model. Just looking at Kelly's Blue Book retail price it comes in at $3,065. However given the current state of economy I would not pay more then $2,500 for it given the miles. In fact I am in the market for used 350 4x4 and have come across various 350s in the 2005-2006 years in the mid to high 2,000 range. For example some guy has his 2006 350 Rancher 4x4 (foot shift) with plow listed at 3,200 with only 120 miles. Granted this is a good deal but they are out there keep looking or make the guy an offer for no more than 2,500. Also be aware that there is a lot of talk of issues with the es system.

Sounds like alot of money, but price really depends on the market in your area....supply & demand. Here in NL bikes (especially Honda's for some reason) really hold their value. Its not often you see a 10 year old foreman listed for less $4000.00 Canadian.

ES problems usually come down to a couple sensors (~$60-$100) depending on what goes, and most common is a wet or dirty electrical connector.

As far as the milage goes you will be able to tell better than any of us if it has been taken care of I would not hesitate to by it because of milage. After all it is a Honda whatever that means LOL.
