I wouldnt recamend getign them for a recon they are realy heavey you need a lot of spin to turn them, they would be allright for just going slow in mud but they aould suck for trails/climbing and such , My freinds have them on there basnhee's and it bogs them down a lil but thats the only tire that lasts on a banshee they they switched tires with a raptor and the raptor bogged down bad, I wouldnt get them if i was you.

I have Realtors on my sons 250X and I really like them. We ride trails all the time and they seem to grip better than my Scramblers 489s. They've never bogged down our 250X that I've noticed. It hangs right with my Scrambler and actually the 250X has never gotten stuck or anything that I can remember.

I think they are great tire for somethiing like a banshee or 400ex thathas alot of power but is a sport quad. I would just get a utility tire for your recon it would probaly be even better. but if you want something thet will be a low profile tire get them.

In my research on a good tire for snow I have found that the 22x12-9 Realter tire weighs 19lbs. The stock Dunlop 847M rear tire with aluminum rim on my Mojave weighs 18lbs. I'm not going to purchase Realters because they will bog down my quad. I had a 250X with Trail Pro's mounted on the stock rims and those tires bogged it down. The 22x11-9 Trail Pro tire weighs 20lbs.
