Default hay ride on hollewen night

I bought a 5x8 carry on trailer mesh floor with a gate so I can haul around my atv. The thing I dont like about it that it flexs to much. I step on one side in the front and it would lean and im 200lbs. Should I do the hay ride or not. There is going to be atleast 6-10 people on it. Plus im going to finsh the trailer of with wooden planks. I currently have two planks of 8ft long 1ft wide and a inch thick for where the tires of the atv go if u know what i mean.

By the way how would i do the hay ride just throw some hay bails on the trailer and they sit on that or what give me some ideas. This is my first time doing a hay ride.

once you put the wood in there and screw it down it will take a lot of the flex out of it

Most of those type trailers are rated by axel wieght. I believe yours should be rated at 3000 lbs. So if you stay close to that with the wood, hay and passengers you should be fine.

don't forget to figure in the weight of the trailer when calculating how much weight is on the axle.
