2002 Rubicon Flooding problems

I have a 2002 Honda Rubicon 4 wheeler.. The carb is flooding out....It floods so bad it will fill the Breather compartment.......

2002 Rubicon Flooding problems

Likely the float is hanging up, or the float valve is leaking.
